HIP 1481 is part of a multiple system including a pair of M dwarfs (spT M5.5V and M1.8V) located 1817 and 3023 arcseconds away (74,500 and 124,000 AUs at 41 pc) and an L-type substellar/planetary companion 3772 arcseconds away (154,650 AUs at 41 pc), in likely 4:5 resonance with companion star "C".
